I just completed week 3 of Weight Watchers… 3 weeks of getting up at 5:45am every morning and exercising for 1 & 1/2 hours, 3 weeks of walking around like I have a stick up my butt – because I am so sore I can hardly move, 3 weeks of sticking to the Points system 100%. And what do I have to show for it??? -3.8lbs TOTAL. I am not happy!
Did anyone watch the biggest loser last night? I find it motivational and depressing at the same time. When you see the numbers they put up, you begin to believe that anything is possible!
Another week down, another pound lost! I wish I could say that, but this week I only lost a mere 0.4 of a pound.
I just completed my first week of Weight Watchers and lost 2.4lbs… 1 week down, 13 more to go (before my trip to Barbados).
My family are the most competitive people you will ever meet… I mean EVER! Their is a story I love to tell about my mom & I in the pool with my cousins (who were 5 & 7 at the time)… we were having ‘competitions’ to see who could hold their breath the longest – and my mom didn’t let them win once:) That pretty much sums how competitive we all are.
I started my weight loss journey (for the 8th million time) in December 2008 with Weight Watchers Online. By May 14th 2009 I had lost 25lbs – YIPEEE.
So what did I do?? Well, I stopped exercising and started eating crap again – of course! So 2 months ago I posted to my board at Weight Watchers about having gained back 7 of the 25lbs I had lost – and that I was going to do something about it right that minute!
