
I just completed week 3 of Weight Watchers… 3 weeks of getting up at 5:45am every morning and exercising for 1 & 1/2 hours, 3 weeks of walking around like I have a stick up my butt – because I am so sore I can hardly move, 3 weeks of sticking to the Points system 100%. And what do I have to show for it??? -3.8lbs TOTAL. I am not happy!
