Week 3 down! 15 more weeks to go! This week was okay for me, not great, but okay.  I had 2 really good swim workouts this week, one was 2Kms and the other was 2.25Kms, so I’m feeling good about that, but I just don’t feel the weight coming off… The only hope I have is that my Mum and Janine’s weight loss has slowed down a bit, I mean Janine can’t possible lose another 4lbs for the 3rd week in a row – right?

Well it’s that time again – time to step on the scale and see how I did.

I lost 1lb. Not great, but it’s a loss – so I’m thankful for that!

It seems like thing are moving VERY slowly for me.  But I am down 4lbs in 3 weeks, so I’m averaging 1.33lbs a week.  I can live with that I guess.

Next week is the last weigh in for this 4 week session and we are all withing 1.6 points of each other – so it’s anyone’s game!
